Basic and deluxe Flexible booth Cash-n-ator with powder coated steel case: 5 year warranty on materials and construction on case and and aluminum frame. 1 year warranty on materials and construction on zippered flexible booth (not warranted against damage from misuse or poor cleaning practices.) Blower warranted for 3 years on molded housing. 5 years on motor. Hard side Cash-n-ator with solid, clear polycarbonate sides; Lifetime warranty on case/platfrom and anodized aluminum frame and aluminum parts. Lifetime warranty on clear polycarbonate panels (not warranted against damage from misuse or poor cleaning practices.) Blower warranted for 3 years on molded housing. 5 years on motor. The Cash-n-ator is not warranted against damage from misuse or abuse. Custom graphics are not warrantied.

Shipping quotes are not estimates. They are the price you will be billed for shipping. The only time more will be billed is when there are unforseen ancillary charges such as limited access for delivery, lift gate, inside delivery, change of address, etc. We make every effort to discover these situations when gathering shipping quote information but occasionally something gets overlooked.

The following times are general guidelines from ordering to the time of shipping for PromoQuip, Inc. equipment.

Note: turnaround times are measured beginning on the date of final approval of the art work for the equipment ordered and may not include holidays and weekends. Turnaround time is not measured from when the actual order is placed. For instance, a large plinko takes two weeks from date of final approval of art. Even if the order is placed on the first of the month, the turnaround time does not begin until the art work is approved by the client/customer. If approval is not forthcoming until the 7th of the month, then the turnaround time is 2 weeks or from the 7th until at least the 21st of the month. If it happens that we are able to achieve a shorter turnaround time, we will do so at our discretion.

The following ancilary charges are not covered by standard shipping;

** Shipping to trade shows/conventions

*** Fuel Surcharges

****Limited access delivery fees (camps, military bases, some schools, etc.) and lift gate fees.

*****Residental delivery surcharges.

*Rush orders: may be requested at the following rates:

  • 48 hour turn around: 30% of list price.

  • Less than 10 business days: 20% of list price.

**Shipping to trade shows and conventions may incur additional fees for shipping.

***Fuel Surcharge: Do to the rising cost of fuel, we are adding the additional charges to the invoices.

Expedited shipping: for all rush orders, orders where the artwork is not promptly provided and when unforeseen issues arise in production, expedited shipping will be paid for by the customer in advance. PromoQuip, Inc. cannot be held liable for unforeseen issues and acts of God that may delay production.

What is your backorder policy for out-of-stock items?

In the event an item is temporarily out of stock when you place your order, we will check on deliverability with our manufacturer and choose the most rapid method to deliver your items possible. In instances where two shipments are required, we will special order the item and absorb the additional shipping costs at no charge to you. Note that we keep any item(s) on order, unless you instruct us otherwise or the manufacturer informs us the item is not timely available.

I am purchasing items as a third party delivery and the recipient shares an email address with me. Will the confirmation email contain order specifics?

Yes, e-mail order and shipping confirmations will contain information about individual items in your order.

Can I place my order via e-mail?

For your security, do not at any time include your credit card number or any other sensitive customer information in an e-mail to us, or any other merchant. If you do not wish to use our secure server, you can always place your order over the phone by calling 1-866-538-3152, or by mail to PromoQuip.com.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes! We are pleased to process orders for foreign governments, businesses and consumers. Please call us toll-free at 1-866-538-3152 to place your order.

Is everything on the site "in-stock" for immediate shipment?

While we regularly fill more than 99% of our customers’ orders from our huge in-stock inventory, there are times when heavy demand will temporarily put us in an out-of-stock situation on high demand items included in an individual order.  In such events, we immediately place a fill-in order with the manufacturer to replenish stock, or in the alternative, instruct the manufacturer to ship directly to you as the manufacturer makes them available, on a first in – first out basis.
