Non-food items may be returned within 7 working days of the date of shipping with a 25% restock fee (shipping/handling will not be discounted and item must be shipped on or before the seventh calender day.) This is due to the fact that some of our items are rentals. Items on sale and/ or purchased at a reduced price may not be returned. Damaged items are the responsibility of the customer. Sorry; due to safety restrictions we cannot accept returns on food items. No returns on custom built items.
