Rental agreement: I/We (Renter's name) agree to the terms and conditions herein. (enter rental period) rental plus shipping/handling charges as indicated below. Lessee is responsible for any and all damage to the rented equipment and any of it's components and/or injury to any persons using the equipment. PromoQuip, Inc.  shall not, in any way, be held liable for bodily injury during use. Client will return the equipment and all of it's components on the first business day following completion of rental period using the enclosed return shipping labels (for shipped units only.) Client is responsible for contacting (enter freight company) and arranging for the unit to be picked up.  Each day delay will be charged the regular rental fee of $350.00 per day. A deposit of $(enter amount) plus $299.00 shipping (shipping not refundable) is required before shipping (shipped units only.) The balance of which will be refunded when unit is returned less any damages. The client understands that before returning the main unit, the ends of the eight (8) poles must be wrapped carefully and securely in the material they were sent in to protect the flexible booth from damage.
