Shipping & Delivery
The following times are general guidelines from ordering to the time of shipping for PromoQuip, Inc. equipment.
Note: turnaround times are measured beginning on the date of final approval of the art work for the equipment ordered and may not include holidays and weekends. Turnaround time is not measured from when the actual order is placed. For instance, a large plinko takes two weeks from date of final approval of art. Even if the order is placed on the first of the month, the turnaround time does not begin until the art work is approved by the client/customer. If approval is not forthcoming until the 7th of the month, then the turnaround time is 2 weeks or from the 7th until at least the 21st of the month. If it happens that we are able to achieve a shorter turnaround time, we will do so at our discretion.
*To help avoid delays, the client must provide a hard deadline date for the arrival of the equipment via fax or email.
**Shipping to trade shows/conventions
*Rush orders: may be requested at the following rates:2 day turn around: 30% of list price.
3 days to 10 days: 15% of list price.
**Shipping to trade shows and conventions may incur additional fees for shipping. ***Fuel Surcharge: Do to the rising cost of fuel, we are adding the additional charges to the invoices. Free Shipping: We pay for shipping for purchases that are not discounted and when the item is new (occasionally we have used units for sale). Expedited shipping is not covered under free shipping. See “fuel surcharges” for additional notes. Expedited shipping: for all rush orders, orders where the artwork is not promptly provided and when unforeseen issues arise in production, expedited shipping will be paid for by the customer in advance. PromoQuip, Inc. cannot be held liable for unforeseen issues and acts of God that may delay production. International shipments: All fees and expenses related to shipping outside of the United States including, but not limited to,tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, duties, special handling charges, unique packaging materials, etc. are the responsibility of the customer.
Privacy & Security
Returns & Replacements
Promotional Equipment Returns are eligible for return or exchange after requesting and completing a Credit/Return form. Eligible items must be returned within 7 calendar days of the date of shipping, with PromoQuip.com reserving its right to impose a restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the total purchase price (shipping/handling will not be discounted). This requirement is due to the fact that some of our items are rentals. Promotional Specials, Close Outs or Display Items purchased at discounts are not eligible for return. Items not noted as damaged at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to safety restrictions we cannot accept returns on food items. No returns on custom built items.

To be fair, please note that Promotional Specials, Close Outs, Display Item purchases made at price discounts, and/or Custom Built Promotional Equipment are not eligible for return.
