- Promotional Equipment Returns are eligible for return or exchange after requesting and completing a Credit/Return form. Eligible items must be returned within 7 calendar days of the date of shipping, with PromoQuip.com reserving its right to impose a restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the total purchase price (shipping/handling will not be discounted). This requirement is due to the fact that some of our items are rentals. Promotional Specials, Close Outs or Display Items purchased at discounts are not eligible for return. Items not noted as damaged at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to safety restrictions we cannot accept returns on food items. Further, custom built items are not eligible for return.
