Shipping & Delivery

At PromoQuip.com, prompt processing and shipping of your order is guaranteed.  Once you’ve placed your order on any in-stock item with PromoQuip.com, your purchase is processed lightning fast for carrier pick up and shipping.  Orders are generally processed within one business day if placed before 3:00 PM EST, and then shipped with the next available or appropriate shipping carrier.  Orders that are placed between 3:00 PM EST on Friday and 11:59 PM EST on Sunday (or during a holiday) are generally processed on the next business day within the 48 contiguous US states, as serviced by United Parcel Service, Federal Express, The United States Postal Service or your designated overland carrier (for large items and shipments).

Privacy & Security

Precautions are always taken to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever sensitive information is collected (such as credit card data), this information is encrypted and transmitted in a secure fashion. You can verify this by looking for an unbroken key or a closed lock icon at the bottom of your browser window (different browsers use different icons), or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. Please note that email is not considered to be a secure or encrypted means of transmitting credit card information, and is therefore not employed in transmitting sensitive information.  Noting that encryption is utilized to protect sensitive information transmitted online, steps are also taken to protect your information offline. Returns & Replacements

Promotional Equipment Returns are eligible for return or exchange after requesting and completing a Credit/Return form.  Eligible items must be returned within 7 calendar days of the date of shipping, with PromoQuip.com reserving its right to impose a restocking fee in the amount of 25% of the total purchase price (shipping/handling will not be discounted).  This requirement is due to the fact that some of our items are rentals. Promotional Specials, Close Outs or Display Items purchased at discounts are not eligible for return. Items not noted as damaged at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to safety restrictions we cannot accept returns on food items. No returns on custom built items.
